Parent Coaching

Consultation
When your child is navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, knowing the next step can feel daunting. Our consultation sessions focus on creating a thoughtful, individualized plan forward. Each counselling session is a 50-minute space created just for you or your family. It’s a time to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s on your mind in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Whether your child needs guidance, your teen is navigating new challenges, or you’re seeking support as a parent, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll focus on building understanding, developing tools, and creating meaningful steps forward always at a pace that feels comfortable and safe.
