RQUITO THERAPY
Counselling for Youth, Parents & Women
Youth and Parents
Throughout my service within school districts across Alberta, I have witnessed firsthand the significant gaps in youth mental health support and the persistent barriers that prevent children and their parents from achieving the outcomes they desire. At RQuito Therapy, my practice is thoughtfully designed to address these challenges with a model that is approachable, comfortable, and safe.
My mission is to foster a meaningful relationship with child and parent, provide a safe space for courageous conversation, and identify practical strategies for both parent and child to achieve healing and positive change.

Women
Women often carry many roles—daughter, partner, mother, professional, caregiver—and somewhere along the way, their own needs can become quiet in the background. Therapy can be a space to gently return to yourself. Many women seek counselling while navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, motherhood, relationship challenges, people-pleasing, grief, body image concerns, trauma, or the quiet feeling of being overwhelmed while trying to hold everything together. In therapy, your story is honoured and your experiences are met with compassion and understanding. Together, we create space to explore your emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, and support you in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
